All I will say is I hope 46 can live out his term in good health. I personally have serious concerns about Mrs. Harris

Unpresidented, finally.
Come on dozens of state charges, a broken empire (the debt alone might do it), and being dogged for the rest of time.

I think it’s important for us to acknowledge he was a real president, and what dangers exist should we elect someone who may not have a nation’s best interests at heart.

To be frank he’s already well past his “best before” date. Hopefully whomever is playing weekend at Bernie’s with him has some scruples.

Nobody “gets” that if the Senate flips and Joe has enough of the TIAs he’ s been sending us? The next logical stop is re-education centers for wrong thinkers.

Ha. I’d LOVE to know who the Chief of Staff will be... another detail, like the plans for the Court, that we didn’t “deserve” to know.
That person, unelected as they are, is running the show. The WHOLE show.

That’s kinda the coda here— “We continue to assert, even after he’s gone, that he wasn’t a duly elected president... Despite the lack of any evidence to support that assertion.”
Both Schiff and Strok have claim ed, for FOUR full years now to have a “smoking gun”, which oddly they’ve never shown us.
Tom Arnold stills owes me a fucking Pee Tape, too. Oddly, still not on YouPorn. I feel like that, at least, would be a Consolation Prize for watching this shitshow for this long .

The adage around here has ALWAYS been “Watch out in close elections— you’ll always see the all-Dem precincts suddenly start to come in SLLLOOOOOWWWWWWW. And the vote totals always move in the Dem direction.”
Asked another way, isn’t it weird that a (relatively) clean-run state like Texas can count all its ballots, many more ballots in fact, in less than 6 hours— and a cesspool like Philly needs 6 days to count a tiny fraction of that total, and generally with the last 15% of the vote turning out 98% Dem.
Biden won the election, BUT the media, the Dems, the pollsters, and the Billionaire Donor Class... all lost bigly.
On the bright side, Bloomberg took $100Million out into the Everglades, stacked it in a pyramid shape and lit it on fire. Nice.

Oddly, 54% of the people who voted for Ol’ Joe did so not as “a vote for Biden or his policies” but as a “vote against Trump”.
Working through the math, about 73% of US voting age adults support Trumpism, even if they hated Trump. That should scare the shit out of the Democrats.

Wacko, I’m sorry, but this is a terrible take. Donald Trump as President was a result of half our citizens desires to not go where the other choice would have taken them. Now, four years later, Joe Biden as President will be a result of half the country nit being happy with the current President’s choices. But in both cases, the country was almost evenly divided. That means both sides need to listen and take note, not try to ignore reality and delegitimize the choice of half the nation.

November 8 we all wake up and it’s 2016 again. Let’s try the Clinton scenario
![]() 11/07/2020 at 17:04 |

It was more a jab at his fake news shit, and the fact he did more for himself and his family. I didn’t mean that he wasn’t really the president. I’m still in shock to see how divided the states are, but I shouldn’t really. Since up here in Canada we are basically divided to. Liberal on the east, and conservative on the west.

As terrible as the last year has been... I'm not sure Clinton would have been any better. In 2016 I would have voted for literally any other candidate either party had in the primaries over the two they ended up offering.
![]() 11/07/2020 at 17:15 |

Okay, I get that. Regarding our divisions in this election, I think it’s partly reflective of the needs and priorities of so many of us being reduced to this binary decision, not necessarily that we all 100% love the guy we voted for. I’m not happy that DT kind of hijacked the leadership of my party back in 2015. I’d prefer any of a number of more capable standard bearers. But this week, if I wanted to cast my vote for states rights, smaller government, right to life, and conservative judiciary, he was my only choice.
But I’m going to see the good in what I have now. I just wish moderation would make a return to politics.

Or, ya know, don’t tell your people not to vote in a much more convenient way. He shot himself in the foot. Russia will be pissed.

Oh, the contempt for anyone who support ed certain economic policies under the previous guy— they have been denigrat ed as “foam hat wearing idiots” for the last four years... Despite there being over 70M of them... and including smart guys like Jamie Dimon.
So, much like the Vietcong in 1976, I’d fully expect re-education centers to discourage “wrong thinking” to crop up. Hell, even Twitter and Facebook are ahead of the game there.
![]() 11/07/2020 at 20:30 |

Oh, it’s gross numbers— sure. But even his most ardent supporters admitted that Trump was rude, and often verbally abusive, to anyone that disagreed with him. But he got 49% of the vote despite being repugnant. And the primary reason 54% of Biden voters went over there was “anybody but Trump”.
However, if you look at certain core “Dem” “ identity groups”... there’s clear revulsion by Florida Hispanics and black males against the Dem platform. Hell, even in south Texas? In areas that were supposed to be appalled by Trump and his policies? Those precincts were reporting 85% Trump.
Trump Lost. Dem Party Lost. Pollsters los t. Media look out of touch. Social media giants look clueless. Trumpism survived to fight another day.
Trumpism is now a movement . 70-75% of the people who voted the other night are clearly in its sway in one form or another. The Dems ignore that at their peril.
BTW, the House seats are always a great sign of the mood of the country. The Dems lost some good seats, despite running against a Top of Ticket GOP guy broadly hated. That should scare the shit out of the Dems.
“America First. Jobs. Economy. Security. Fairness.” That’s a simple, powerful premise.
Congratulations to President Biden, by the way. I didn’t think he’d make it through the gauntlet.

You need to go easy on the cool-aid my friend.
Disinformation is worth discrediting. I see nothing about Twitter or Facebook preventing economic/financial speech, just Q-anon idiocy and outright political lies.
Also, Rich Guy worship is soooo 1982... oh, well, yeah, Regan. Right. Makes sense I suppose.
